What is a coach?
A coach is someone who partners with you and supports you in:
- Shifting your attention away from your worries toward seeing who you really are
- Discovering what holds meaning and purpose for you
- Creating goals that come alive with meaning and excitement
- Bringing your goals into reality with ease, by setting specific action steps and taking one step at a time
A coach is not a counselor or therapist, however, a coach could help you see if seeing a mental health professional would be supportive. A coach cannot provide legal, financial, medical, or consultation services, however, a coach could help you see whether to seek support in one of these areas.
